How IT Perfection pricing works

No pricing table, on purpose. Every business has a different mix of users, locations, servers, cloud services and risk, so a number on a web page would either be wrong or padded. Instead you get a free review first and a fixed, written quote before any work starts.

Three ways to work together

Pick the engagement that matches how your business runs

Managed IT, monthly

A flat monthly fee for ongoing support, monitoring, patching, backups and vendor management. The fee is based on the number of users and devices, the servers and cloud services in scope, and the response times you need.

  • Help desk and remote support
  • Monitoring, patching and backup checks
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
  • Regular reviews and documentation
Best for: businesses without an in-house IT team

Co-managed IT, monthly

A smaller monthly retainer that adds senior networking, Microsoft 365, Azure and security depth to your internal IT person or team. Scope is agreed up front: which systems, which escalations, which projects.

  • Escalation point for your IT staff
  • Firewalls, servers, identity and cloud
  • Project planning and second opinions
  • Coverage when your team is out
Best for: companies with an internal IT team

Projects and consulting

A fixed price for defined work such as a server migration, firewall replacement, Microsoft 365 tenant clean-up, office move or network redesign. Smaller advisory work is sold as a block of consulting hours.

  • Written scope, deliverables and timeline
  • Fixed price agreed before work starts
  • Change requests priced separately, in writing
  • Handover documentation included
Best for: one-time upgrades and assessments

What moves the number

What affects the price of managed IT

Users, devices and locations

The biggest driver. Thirty laptops in one office is a different job from eighty users across three sites with warehouse Wi-Fi.

Servers and cloud services in scope

On-premises servers, Azure virtual machines, Microsoft 365, line-of-business applications and the backups behind them each add monitoring and maintenance work.

Response and coverage expectations

Business-hours support with next-day on-site visits costs less than guaranteed fast response for a business that cannot stop.

Current state of the environment

Undocumented networks, unpatched systems and unmanaged backups need clean-up first. The free review tells you how much, before you commit.

Compliance and security requirements

Dental, medical, legal and financial firms often need MFA, encryption, logging and documented procedures that add real work to the monthly scope.

Licences and third-party tools

Microsoft 365 licences, backup storage, endpoint protection and firewall subscriptions are passed through at their actual cost and shown separately on the quote.

From first call to a signed scope

How you get to a fixed price

Free 30-minute review

Ali looks at what you have today: support, security basics, backups, cloud and network. You get an honest read on what is fine and what needs attention.

Short discovery

For managed IT, a closer look at users, devices, servers and services so the scope is based on facts, not guesses.

Written scope and quote

What is included, what is not, response times, and a fixed monthly fee or project price. Licences and tools listed separately.

Start with no long lock-in

Monthly agreements are reviewed together regularly. If the scope changes, the price changes in writing, never on the invoice.

Pricing questions

Pricing FAQ

Why is there no price list?

Because a managed IT price depends on users, devices, servers, cloud services, locations and response expectations. A published number would not apply to your business. The free review produces a quote that does.

How fast can I get a quote?

Usually within a few business days of the review. Simple project quotes can be faster; managed IT quotes for larger environments may need a short discovery first.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Monthly managed and co-managed agreements are reviewed together regularly rather than locked in for years. Projects are fixed-price with a written scope.

Are Microsoft 365 or other licences included?

They are listed separately on the quote at their actual cost, so you can see what is service and what is licensing.

What if we only need help occasionally?

Consulting blocks and fixed-price projects cover that. Many co-managed clients also start this way before moving to a monthly retainer.

Do you work with an existing IT person or provider?

Yes. Co-managed IT is designed for that, and a second-opinion assessment is a common first project.
